  • What to expect when working with Sync Building Projects?

    From the first conversation to final handover, Sync delivers clear advice, honest pricing, and hands-on construction led by the builder — not handed off to others.

  • How is the build managed?

    You’re not left wondering who’s in charge. Fady oversees the entire build — coordinating trades, tracking progress, and making decisions that protect quality and budget. You’ll have one clear point of contact, and he’ll be there from excavation to handover.

  • Can you help with approvals and paperwork?

    Yes. We take care of all council approvals, certifications, and building documentation. That includes helping you understand the process and timelines so there are no surprises later.

  • When should I contact you?

    As early as possible. Ideally, 3–6 months before you’d like to start building. That gives us enough time to plan thoroughly, schedule trades, and make sure everything’s lined up for a smooth start.

  • How do you ensure the quality is there?

    By being on-site and paying attention. Every trade is briefed and checked by the builder — not a foreman or office team. That means better finishes, fewer delays, and a home that reflects the standard we stand for.

    Because you’ll work with the builder from day one. Fady manages the job on-site, every day, making sure things run to plan and to standard. We don’t pass you to a supervisor. We don’t cut corners. And we only take on projects we can give our full attention.

  • Do I need to have plans before I reach out?

    No — many of our clients come to us early. We can help you shape your brief, recommend a designer or architect if needed, and make sure the ideas suit your land and budget before you commit.

  • What if I have a sloped or narrow block?

    Not a problem. We’ve worked with all sorts of blocks across Canberra. We’ll assess the site properly and plan a design and structure that works with the land — not against it.

  • Will I get updates during the build?

    Absolutely. You’ll know what’s happening each step of the way — with regular updates, walkthroughs, and direct access to the builder when you need to ask questions or check on progress.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. Sync is fully licensed and insured in the ACT. We follow all building codes and compliance requirements — and more importantly, we follow through on our word.
